Naomi is a Solicitor specialising in family.  She is a member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel, and has the SRA Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) qualification.

She is a previous winner of the prestigious Cooks and Hatchards law prize with Devon and Somerset Law Society.



Notable cases:

Private law case of JH & MF [2020] EWHC 86 (FAM) . Reported in national press following on from an appeal of a decision made by HHJ Tolson

SCC v R and H - permission given to report in press. Involved DNR application in 2020 before the High Court in the Royal Courts of Justice.

SCC v N and W 2018 - decision by the High Court at the Royal Courts of Justice to re-open previous fact find

SCC v S 2018 - represented Mother in case on allegations of serious sexual abuse

SCC v M and W 2019 - representation of vulnerable Mother in Non Accidental Injury case.
