How long will this take?

From our first appointment, either in person or over the telephone, we endeavour to send you your draft Will within seven working days.

How much does this service cost?

Single Will:  £300 + VAT (£360)

Joint Wills:  £450 + VAT (£540)

Codicil:  Between £120 - £150 + VAT depending on the complexity and extent of the alterations.

Our fee includes all the work (e.g. meetings with you, correspondence, preparations of your Wills, and free storage indefinitely.

Disbursements

Disbursements can include £3.00 for an office copy from the Land Registry to determine if you own your property as Joint Tenants or Tenants in Common, and £7.20 per person for an electronic ID check (these are required for all Will Clients).
