Dan undertakes all manner of disputes, representing businesses of all sizes and private individuals alike, from the Small Claims Court to the Court of Appeal, and including mediation. Dan trained and first practiced in the Thames Valley before moving to the South West almost 20 years ago. All told, Dan has over 20 years’ litigation experience.

Outside the office Dan plays blues and heavy metal guitar and is something of a film buff.
