Ben is a Solicitor, a Director of Alletsons, and a Part-time Judge of the First-Tier Tribunal (Mental Health).

Ben specialises in Family Law and is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel.

Ben represents Clients before all tiers of the Family Court and also in the High Court dealing with aspects of Family Law from public and private law children matters including complex care to removal from jurisdiction cases.

He heads our Family Department.
